Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StoryForge mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

• You must create an account, either with Google Sign-In or with an email and password, to use StoryForge's generation features.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to legally hold an account under the laws of your country to use the Service.

2. Free plan and usage limits

StoryForge offers a free tier with a limited number of generations within each rolling time window. This limit may change at our discretion to keep the Service sustainable for everyone. Attempting to bypass or abuse usage limits (for example, creating multiple accounts to gain extra free generations) is not permitted.

3. Paid plans

StoryForge may offer paid plans that remove or raise free-tier limits. Where payment is accepted via cryptocurrency (USDT) or another method, it is your responsibility to send the correct amount to the correct address/reference and to keep proof of payment until your upgrade is confirmed. Verified payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Generated content

• Content you generate through StoryForge is provided "as is." AI-generated content can be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.
• You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the content generated for you, subject to the underlying rights and policies of our AI provider.
• You agree not to use StoryForge to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or intended to harass or harm others.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse usage limits, or attempt to disrupt the Service. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to let you know why.

6. Service availability

StoryForge depends on third-party infrastructure (including Google's Firebase and Gemini API). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be limited, or be discontinued over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryForge and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use StoryForge after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
